Description

This recently refurbished 1-bedroom Paris apartment is situated in the 18th arrondissement, one of the most visited places - Monmartre. The apartment is quiet and calm.

It’s located on the 2nd floor of a building. Living room, American kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The building is not equipped with an elevator. There is a code-access and a concierge.

Small hallway opening onto a multi-use lounge equipped with modular furniture that enables you to maximize space by converting your lounge into a bedroom or study according to you wishes.

The independent bedroom equipped with a double bed is contiguous to the bathroom and looks out onto the pretty flowery “awning” from where you will get a taste of the magic of the neighbourhood.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The kitchenette equipped with a bar opens onto the lounge and contains all the necessary equipment for your meals with your family or friends.

The picturesque neighbourhoods of Paris like Lepic-Abbesses are often the background of French and foreign films. The whole neighbourhood experienced a spectacular renewed popularity after the success in 2001 of the Jean-Pierre Jeunet film Amélie. In the film, Rue Lepic takes on the appearance of a surreal village, but the places featured in it do exist. They have become one of the main attractions for tourists in the French capital city. You too can relive that wonderful moment by living just opposite the famous Café des deux Moulins featured in "Amélie" during your stay. Whereas Rue Lepic is traditionally devoted to the food trade with its variety of little shops, delicatessens, and its picturesque permanent fruit and vegetable market, Rue des Abbesses and the adjoining streets are dedicated to fashion and designers and you will find lovely jewellery and clothes shops. There is the Moulin Rouge just in 200 meters from here. Metro: line 2 - Abesses or Blanche.

Амели! Сразу же, как только бросили на порог чемоданы - побежала в кафе, где снимали Амели! Мой любимый фильм! Обалдеть! Потом каждый день сюда!
